Then, (read carefully) first click on the owner Tab in the window that pops up after clicking Advanced button. ![]() Right click on the msoe.dll and click the Security tab then click Advanced button: You need to change the ownership first, it is a non-registered file in Windows Registry, so its owner is not you but Microsoft. But that is a non functional folder you do not need to do anything with that. There is same named folder Windows Mail in Program Files (x86) that contains msoe.dll too. Copy the proper version of msoe.dll from our rar file after extracting it and paste to C:Program FilesWindows Mail it will ask whether to replace the existing same named dll accept it. ![]()
